Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Remote (WFH), India

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering/ Graduate

Required: Excellent communication skills with good technical knowledge.

2-5 years of relevant experience in L2 technical customer support (chat, voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience.

Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications.

This is international Networking Technical Voice Support role.
